CAP Wellbeing Workshops
Our CAP Wellbeing Wokshops are a friendly set of 3 evening workshops where we meet together as a group. You’ll gain practical skills and discover new ways to live for a brighter future. If you want to see your money go further, have more time and less hassle in your day-to-day life, improve your health and wellbeing and much more, then these are for you.
What do the Wellbeing Workshops involve?
These will equip you with tools such as how to live healthily, eat well, manage your money, stick to a budget and improve your relationships. You’ll meet with a group of like-minded people, across the three weeks and learn practical skills from our trained coaches – and have some great fun along the way!

How much does it cost?
Absolutely nothing – our Workshops are completely free.
When can I start?
The next free group is planned to start on Wednesday 11th October 2023, and the following workshops are Wednesday 18th and 25th October. We open for refreshments from 12 noon and the sessions will be finished by 2pm

These Workshop have been developed by respected national charity Christians Against Poverty and as Christians we do like to mention our faith in conversation. There’s no pressure and we’re passionate about helping people from all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, sexualities, beliefs and faiths, or no faith at all.
